Pricing depends on a lot of factors. The price of materials, design time, required files, and the complexity of the design. Although there is not a flat rate that I can provide, I would be more than happy to offer a free custom quote.

Much like pricing, turnaround time depends on the complexity of the design, if I have to special order an item, how many items are being ordered, and how many people are ahead of you. With that said, turnaround time is usually 1-2 weeks.

Black and white vector files such as SVG and AI (with all layers and fonts embedded) are best. Keep in mind, anything white will not engrave and the machine cannot distinguish between shades of color. Raster images can be used but outcome is determined by the quality, size, and resolution of the image. High resolution is required for raster images.

My machine can engrave on wood, acrylic, glass, and powder coated tumblers. With wood, I primarily work with basswood, acacia, and walnut. If there is something you would like engraved, do not hesitate to ask. I can evaluate it and see if it is something my machine (and I) is capable of doing.

The simple answer is, no. Although I would love to personalize your item and make it even more special, machine issues do happen and I do not want to be responsible for replacing such a high value item. Limited edition or extremely sentimental items are not items that I am willing to take on. I do apologize.
